ddsWebLink is a Web-based clinical case management tool designed to facilitate communications and strenghten relationships among dental professionals. The system links dentists, specialists and dental laboratory personnel together in a virtual team environment that supports real-time case planning and ongoing collaboration. Online patient collaboration folders provide a consistent means of coordinating multidisciplinary patient cases by consolidating the individual work efforts of referral and laboratory partners into a single, centralized workspace. ddsWebLink provides a thorough and documented history of collaborative patient care from start to finish and allows users to access archived case files for a timeframe of seven years upon the completion of treatment.Who uses ddsWebLink?

You may receive a limited number of incoming patient referrals or dental laboratory case prescriptions without purchasing a subscription to ddsWebLink. If however, you would like to continue experiencing the robust functionality of the system including case tracking, alerts and reminders, file sharing and more, you must ultimately become a paid subscriber.
What Is “Guest Access”?
A ddsWebLink subscriber can send a patient referral or laboratory case to a non-member via a dynamically generated email containing a link to the case that the subscriber would like to share. The non-member dental practitioner or laboratory technician will utilize the unique ID to log into the system with “Guest Access" to view and manage the case that has been sent to them from the ddsWebLink subscriber.Are my credit card and other personal information safe?
Yes. We have security features and precautions in place similar to those used by banks, credit unions and other financial institutions that provide online services or restricted access to customer accounts. You should treat your ddsWebLink account in the same way you do other sensitive accounts and information whether paper-based or electronic. Do not give out your username or pass code and refrain from providing others with access to your account. We cannot be responsible for lost or misplaced usernames or pass codes. Please report any problems with your account to us immediately.Is there any way to subscribe to ddsWebLink without using a credit card?
No. ddsWebLink requires that all accounts be paid by credit card using our automatic monthly subscription service.Can I import data from other programs into ddsWebLink?
Data cannot be imported into the system at this time. However, you can take advantage of popular (and free!) data capture programs such as Easy Capture http://www.xydownload.com/easycapture/ to quickly and easily upload information such as treatment plans, perio charts and other data directly from your practice or laboratory management program directly to the system.Can I export data out of the ddsWebLink system into my business management software or to my desktop as a file?
The ddsWebLink system currently does not currently have the ability to export data into your practice or laboratory management software. However, by using PDF conversion software, all pages that are optimized for print in the ddsWebLink system can be printed and therefore saved as PDF files to your desktop. There are several freeware PDF conversion programs available such as pdf995 which can be downloaded here, or official Adobe PDF conversion software can be purchased from Adobe directly.How do I subscribe?
